| Martini Anyone? |
One particular bartender, Ari, is an astute mixologist. Polished suggests Ari's famous Raspberry Mojito, infused with Raspberry Bacardi Rum, mixed with love, garnished by droplets of raspberries. The White Wine Sangria is also another favorite amongst the patrons. Speaking of wine, 33 Restaurant's list is impressive. French wines dominate, including plenty of good-value bottles from the Rhone and Languedoc regions..

| Haute Cuisine served here |
Mostly importantly, the food is not to be missed. 33 Restaurant and Lounge is leagues beyond a mere bar that serves solid nourishment to its clients. This establishment has a serious menu coupled with an unbelievably talented chef.
For starters, oven-fresh focaccia arrives with olive tapenade to prepare the palates. The Poisson Cru, a delightful appetizer of raw tuna, is adamantly adored by the restaurant going crowd. Another "must" is the 33 Caesar Treviso Salad, mixed with homemade white anchovy dressing, parmesan croutons and love, presented in an off-shaped bowl. The Steak Tartare, baked Escargots, and Carpaccio are also much loved by many.
I've tried to ascertain the ingredients of the maître d’ butter that is one of the garnishes on the exceptional Steak Frites, but am speechless every time I order the dish. 33 Restaurant has proved that one need not go to Paris to order this mouthwatering experience. My husband is truly in love with the Butter-Poached Skatewing, another delectable creation served with beurre noisette and capers and on a sizzling-hot plate. The creations may be French provincial and Tuscan, but are in perfect proportion and forgo much of the heaviness associated with that cuisine.
People with a sweet tooth must try the Pear Cognac Gelato, an exciting blend of these three elements. The Crème Brûlée is another instant classic on the menu. The dining venue at 33 Restaurant and Lounge however, is sorely understated for its fine culinary excellence as clubbers tend to congregate on the dance floor downstairs rather than tempting their taste buds with 33's delightful cuisine.
