Steak, fish, french fries -- they're all are common things on the restaurant menu. But these days, something else -- rudeness -- seems too is making its way onto the menu. WFMZ'S Bo Koltnow continues his series on manners. This time he takes a bite out of the Big Apple to see what's acceptable.... and what isn't. When eating out, it seems a lot of us have left our manners at the door.
